BIO 345 - Introduction to Neuroscience


3 Credit Hour(s)

This course provides an introduction to the fields of neuroscience & neurobiology. It explores the fundamental principles of the nervous system, including cellular and molecular neurophysiology, and neuroanatomy. Students will examine how neurons communicate, how neural circuits process information, and how nervous systems control actions and behavior in humans and selected non-human model organisms.
