HST 410 - Practicum/Internship
3 Credit Hour(s)
Internship at the college’s Hosford History Center and Lawrence Archives, other historical organization or in a historian role where historical skills and knowledge will be applied and further developed through hands-on experiences. As part of the internship, students will demonstrate activity in a professional organization, develop a professional historical network, as well as attend a professional development workshop, webinar series and/or conference. Students may repeat this course for additional credit, given the variability of experiences offered through this course.
Prerequisite(s): C or higher in WRT 112 and Instructor Permission
