EDU 621 - Instructional Foundations II - Secondary

This course delves into theories, models, and strategies for teaching secondary education. It emphasizes setting clear objectives, providing effective feedback, designing assessments, and integrating technology into the classroom. Students will design a unit plan for their intended area of teacher certification to demonstrate their understanding of the skills needed to lead an inclusive, stimulating learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement. This course requires a school-based field experience.
