BIO 251 - Genetics

This course explores the principles of inheritance, molecular genetics, and evolutionary genetics. Topics include DNA structure and function, gene regulation, mutation, genetic mapping, and population genetics. Emphasis is placed on applications in modern biological research and biotechnology.

Prerequisite(s): BIO 111   and CEM 152
